We are excited that you are interested in an international internship. It is an opportunity that allows for personal growth, a time to develop new insights into other cultures, and an opportunity to enhance your global knowledge and professional experience. 

After you have received an internship offer, complete the steps below to enroll in the internship course and obtain university authorization:
  • Consult with your academic advisor and review where the internship fits into your degree plan.
  • Report your internship in CometCareers, after reviewing eligibility on the Career Center website.
    • Meet with a Career Consultant in the Career Center to discuss academic credit options and learn the rules and requirements for internships.
  • Click "Apply Now" to start the Education Abroad application process.  Complete all international travel requirements in your checklist.
If you have not yet found an internship, research internship opportunities online.  Some suggested resources are: If you have additional questions, attend Education Abroad walk-in advising hours Tuesday – Thursday from 1-4pm in SSB 3.400.
