JSOM departmental study abroad approval must be obtained through the JSOM Study Abroad office to participate in this study abroad program. Complete the online JSOM Approval Form to be considered.

Priority will be granted to Jindal School of Management (JSOM) students. Others may be considered.

All students accepted to study at Dongguk University will need to apply for a student visa (D-2) at the closest embassy or consulate of the Republic of Korea.
Cost of Living
Living costs will vary depending on individual lifestyle expectations. A basic student budget is estimated to be $350-$500 (per month) including meals, transport, laundry and education expenses for books and stationery.

Student and Academics Icon Academic Programs
Exchange students are able to choose from a variety of courses offered in English and Korean within the School of Business. Generally, grades are assessed through attendance, reports and assignments, presentations, a midterm exam, and a final exam.

Exchange students are also able to enroll in an intensive Korean language program offered by the Dongguk University Korean Languages and Education Center. The program provides opportunities to experience and understand Korean culture through intensive language study, field trips, activities, and a buddy program.

Housing Icon Housing
Reading Housing Exchange students are offered accommodation options both on and off campus. The on-campus residence halls consist of double occupancy rooms, which are fully furnished.  Shared amenities include student lounges, seminar rooms, a computer area, laundry room, gym, and cafeteria.
