Dongguk University is situated in Seoul, the capital and largest metropolis of the Republic of Korea, commonly known as South Korea. Exchange students are able to choose from a variety of courses offered in English and Korean within the School of Business. Generally, grades are assessed through attendance, reports and assignments, presentations, a midterm exam, and a final exam.
Exchange students are also able to enroll in an intensive Korean language program offered by the Dongguk University Korean Languages and Education Center. The program provides opportunities to experience and understand Korean culture through intensive language study, field trips, activities, and a buddy program.

Exchange students are offered accommodation options both on and off campus. The on-campus residence halls consist of double occupancy rooms, which are fully furnished. Shared amenities include student lounges, seminar rooms, a computer area, laundry room, gym, and cafeteria.
